The Development Company was first formed by Wigan Borough Council in 1980 to assist in the Economic Development of Wigan.

The company comprises 40 staff based throughout the Wigan Borough. Expertise in Property Management and development for small and large companies including general business advice. We have a pro-active and responsive management team, with a personal touch.Our aim is to assist businesses to set up and develop within the Wigan Borough.
